Case Study A
Our client, an IT software provider needed to market their product to a new sector. We needed to speak with decision makers in the companies and qualify them first. We then gathered key information about the company and scheduled an appointment for our client. Our instruction was to fill our client’s diary and confirm the appointments with the companies, and then gather and provide the information and performance results to our client on a daily basis. It was critical that we contact Decision Makers, update the database with new information and gather vital company information for our client.

Case Study B
Our client, a Custom Publishing company requested that we fill their week with at least 3 new-business appointments per week. Client B’s sales team had a proven success in generating sales, but they needed to get in front of more companies and didn’t have the resources to generate their own leads. The client mailed a booklet to their prospects and we were assigned to follow this up and generate an appointment. This involved learning about their core products and understanding the industries they targeted as the phones calls we made were quite consultative.
